A transformative course for women with controlling partners, ex-partners or those who have experienced physical, emotional,
mental or physical abuse, including domestic abuse and/or violence, sexual abuse, bullying, coercion in intimate or family relationships. Helping women to regain ownership of their lives.
The free ‘Own My Life’ Course is a psycho-educational course which is delivered by a trained facilitator.
Participants will be provided with course handbooks and reflective journals, free of charge. The handbook can be a valuable resource
to continue self-development after completing the course. Refreshments are also provided free of charge on the day.
The course is being delivered in-person, and a separate course is available online for women who may not be able to travel to Cambridge.

The course will be delivered in-person at the practice in Sawston. The address is:
Ashwell Point, Babraham Road, Sawston, Cambridge, CB22 3LJ. There is free ample parking, and a café next door.
The online course is delivered via Zoom.

You may wish to continue to work through your issues or focus on self-development by joining one of the women’s groups or attending work-shops, which are on offer at the practice. This can be discussed once you have finished your course. The women’s groups are run in-person as well as online each week.
